Solicitors – We have a number of excellent local solicitors who we work closely with, who all offer an excellent, professional and timely service.
Surveyors – We recommend two independent RICS surveyors who have lived and practised in our area for many years, who will undertake comprehensive surveys on all types of properties, and both have an understanding of period and individual homes.
Removals and Storage – There are two removal firms that we recommend. Each offer an excellent personal service with local, national and international removals and storage plus a full packing service and storage.
Mortgage Solutions – We are pleased to be able to offer mortgage, insurance and protection advice through an independent local company with many years’ experience. Fully qualified, experienced advisors will check the whole of the market to ensure that you obtain the best products that they can source for your circumstances, and can often obtain rates which are not available on the High Street. Handling the process from start to finish, they will arrange appointments to fit in with your lifestyle, either at your home or our offices.
Cleaning Contractors – We recommend cleaning contractors locally who offer their services to both domestic and commercial clients, including schools, nurseries, offices, pubs, clubs and restaurants, as well as domestic spring cleans and rented property cleaning.
Plumbing, Gas and Boiler Services – We work with two local firms who provide prompt and efficient services, and regularly carry out maintenance jobs for all of our managed rental properties, as well as being 'on-hand' in emergencies.
