If schools are your focus we can give you website links to schools. If you are interested in the community you live in we can put you in touch with village associations. We can tell you the best walks in the area and even point you to a good pub for lunch!

We will organise a sensible viewing schedule for you, giving you the right amount of time to travel between appointments, and will guide you through the offer process when you've found the right home. Then once your sale is agreed, we'll have to carry out our usual money laundering checks - it's law for all estate agents - and an admin fee of £24 per buyer* (inc VAT) will be payable if your offer is successful, to cover the costs of our latest-technology highly secure electronic facial recognition checks.As soon as our checks are completed, and we can issue our memorandum of sale to all parties, we'll then assign our dedicated sales progressor to look after you, who will keep in touch with you and your solicitor regularly so you know exactly what's happening during each stage of the process, right up until you complete on your purchase and the house is yours.
