Meet The Team

With over 25 years in customer service, Vikki’s positive, professional nature and her attention to customer delight makes her the perfect fit heading up the busy Debbie Fortune Lettings team. She works alongside Samantha, who between them, provide an exceptional service to our tenants and landlords.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and is a very keen equestrian.

Scott runs our Wedmore office, situated in the heart of the village in Borough Mall, and plays a key role in supporting our clients in Wedmore and the surrounding villages. With over a decade of experience in the property industry and eight years as a valued member of the Debbie Fortune team, Scott’s wealth of knowledge includes building pathology and conveyancing intel, and this enables him to work closely with solicitors and surveyors ensuring our clients’ transactions move smoothly from offer to completion.

Scott lives in Draycott, so he can provide expert advice on the locality and offers a personalised and approachable service.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys cooking at home and exploring the great outdoors in our beautiful countryside!

Elliot commenced his career with us at the beginning of 2023 after several years in customer service roles. His friendly and calm personality meant he was a natural fit for the Debbie Fortune team, and is now a key member of our valuing team who loves seeing the vast array of houses he is fortunate enough to visit.

In his spare time he enjoys countryside walks and getting together with family and friends with some very good food on hand!

Kathryn Reed originally joined us as an apprentice back in 2013 and is a key and valued member of our team, having spent time in both the lettings and sales teams, and with an amazing attention to detail, which our clients love! She has recently been appointed Client Manager, heading up our busy sales front desk team.

When Kathryn isn’t working, she has a keen interest in interior design and renovation, and enjoys keeping fit & spending time with her family.

Jo joined us in 2025 and is Sales Negotiator at our Wedmore office, working alongside manager Scott Higgins. With more than 35 years of experience in customer service, Jo is known for her friendly, approachable nature and genuine care for every client she works with. She goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcomes, combining her deep knowledge with creative, outside-the-box thinking. Jo has a real talent for matching clients with the perfect property, making the process both seamless and enjoyable.

When she’s not helping clients find their ideal home, Jo can often be found baking cakes to share with family and friends or enjoying trips to her holiday home in Crete with her husband.

Stevie joined the Debbie Fortune team in February 2025, with many years’ IT experience both in the private and public sectors. After returning to work from maternity leave she decided to change career to estate agency and has never looked back, as she found that she absolutely loved working as a sales progressor! “I love all things sales progression” she says, “The customer service, the pressure, the challenges, and supporting our customers through what can be a very stressful process, to help make it as smooth as possible for them … just generally speaking with people and making a good relationship with them to help in any way possible!”

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and taking her son out for day trips!

With years of valuable lettings experience, Sam excels in administration, compliance and legislation which is so important for our landlords. Between them, she and Lettings Manager Vikki are a hard-working team who love providing exceptional service to our tenants and landlords.

Living locally, Sam is a devoted mum to her three boys who keep her on her toes!

Jade joined us in July 2025 with many years’ customer service experience in high-end retail outlets and has her own photography business outside work. With these skills, she was a natural fit to take on a dual role in the Debbie Fortune team, combining a sales position with a marketing role, so she is using her excellent communication skills to help our customers find their dream home, whilst using her photography and creative skills to market these dreams, and delight our sellers with her eye for detail!

When she’s not working, she loves countryside walks with her dog and is a keen DIY enthusiast, currently renovating a vintage caravan.

Karen joined our team as a Sales Negotiator in the summer of 2024, driven by her passion for the property industry. Karen assists with viewings and client contact as well as working with the admin team.

Outside of work, she loves exploring local areas with her family and her dog, always on the lookout for hidden gems and new adventures!

Emily joined us in 2025 as Sales Administrator with experience in policy enforcement, sales and hospitality, after gaining her degree in Modern Languages and Business at the University of Nottingham. Fluent in Norwegian and Spanish, she spent a year of her degree working in Barcelona, focussing on digital marketing and organisation theory; fantastic skills to bring to the Debbie Fortune Admin and Compliance team.

Emily lives in Wrington and in her spare time she loves honing her creative skills in sewing and art.

Valentina Tsaroullas has joined the team as Sales Apprentice and will be working towards her estate agency qualification through Weston College over the next 12 months.

Valentina has experience in hospitality and customer service which are great transferrable skills to bring to the Debbie Fortune sales team, and we are delighted to have her onboard.

In her spare time she likes baking, playing tennis and walking her dogs.

Viewing Consultant Julie Green has been with Debbie Fortune Estate Agents for many years, and is, without question, one of the most knowledgeable and reliable sources of information about the local area and what’s going on. A keen walker in her spare time, there is not a footpath or bridleway that Julie hasn’t walked and she is an expert at guiding you to the best local places to eat!

Combining her part time role with a successful career in hospitality, Wendy has exceptional experience in her field and makes her the perfect go-to person and problem solver. Highly organised and adaptable, with many years’ experience in property development gleaned from her family’s business, her passion for property shows through in everything she does, and she loves showing our customers around the fantastic selection of properties we have to offer.

In her spare time, she is a regular wild swimmer, all year round, using the Bristol Channel every week, as well as exploring new destinations in Devon.

After many years as a local well-known hair salon owner, Tracey joined the Debbie Fortune viewings team as she has always had a keen interest in all things property. She is passionate about customer care and loves showing potential buyers around our fantastic selection of properties!

As a well-known local business owner, Eira joined us after purchasing her home through Debbie Fortune Estate Agents, where she fell in love with what we did! We were delighted to offer her a position, and, with her excellent customer service skills and genuine friendly nature, Eira quickly became a big hit with our clients and loves showing off our superb collection of houses on the market.
