Continuing to the first floor, you will find five superb double bedrooms all of which are accessed off a wonderful galleried landing area. The master bedroom is an impressive size and includes a walk through dressing area with built in wardrobes on either side and a fantastic en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a quality 'Roca' suite and walk in double shower. The three remaining double bedrooms share use of the well-appointed family bathroom, which also features 'Roca' sanitaryware, along with a chrome heated towel rail and attractive tiling.

Outside, the exceptional and superbly private garden is every bit as impressive as the house itself. Larger than you might expect the garden flanks two elevations of the properties exterior and has been thoughtfully designed to include beautiful entertaining spaces, gorgeous flower filled borders and a productive fruit and vegetable garden. The main garden features a large patio area which can be accessed from the bi-folding doors of the kitchen. Within the garden, neat level lawns are bounded by well planted flower borders, packed with a vibrant and eclectic variety of flowers and plants, an established tree line to the perimeter affords the garden superb privacy. To one end of the garden lies a fantastic home office/summerhouse which not only provides an excellent work from home option, having fitted power points, but also a great space to shelter from the mid-day sun and entertain guests. A further area of garden with ornamental bark and an ornamental pond  lies between the main garden and the fruit and vegetable garden.
