Property Description
This unique and highly versatile single storey home, sits in a slightly elevated position on Cliff Road. Accessed via a neat block paved driveway there is ample parking either side of a smart landscaped front garden with a gently sloping footpath providing access to the front door. Beneath the house is an integral single garage and a huge under-croft storage space with lots of future potential.
The property has recently undergone a exemplary schedule of works to create what is now a chic, design led family home with an emphasis on entertaining and working from home. Entering into the stylish reception hallway you get your first sense of the cool contemporary decor that resonates throughout the property with its feature wall and elegant engineered wooden floors. To the right of the hallway is a super home office or fourth bedroom if required and is ideal for those with flexible working lives. There is a useful built in cupboard and a door leading to a handy side utility room with access to the rear garden.
The sitting room is a light filled, dual aspect room, with original, wall to wall Crittall windows to the rear, that flood the room with excellent natural light, a rich oak flooring contrasts with the crisp white washed painted walls and funky retro wallpapered feature wall. A lovely cast iron wood burning stove creates a wonderful focal point to the room and the now internal French doors flow the accommodation through and down into the conservatory/garden room. Looking out over the rear garden and glimpsing views towards the Bristol Channel and Welsh Coastline, the conservatory is a great space for entertaining friends and family in the evenings whilst enjoying the dying embers of the setting sun.
The 33'0 kitchen/diner/family room is another incredibly impressive room and very much the social heart of the house. The kitchen area is fitted with a substantial run of classic olive green coloured, shaker style units, that are complimented with a contrasting quartz counter top and brass fixtures. The kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances including twin ovens, integrated induction hob, dishwasher, Quooker instant hot water tap and space for an American style plumbed fridge/freezer. There are windows to three aspects along with internal folding doors to the conservatory, French doors to the garden, and plenty of space for a breakfast table and soft seating area.
The property's three/four bedrooms are all set towards the front of the property and include two which benefit from their own beautifully appointed en-suite bathrooms, bedroom three is set adjacent to the plush family bathroom with its retro black fixtures and smart white suite.
Outside, the property is blessed with an exceptional sized rear garden which is in the main laid to lawn but there is also a large patio area, which is ideal for al-fresco dining, and a second raised stone chipped patio with a Pergola over that is perfectly positioned to enjoy the fabulous westerly views towards the Severn Estuary and Welsh Coastline beyond.
This property is also sold with the added benefit of no onward chain!
