Property Description
Set in the small hamlet of Bleadney between the Cathedral city of Wells and the popular village of Wedmore, this home has been much changed by the current owners but there is still scope to extend and modify as required, subject to planning permission. A large driveway fronts the property, with access to the detached garage to the side.
We access the property via a conservatory entrance which leads onto a utility room/pantry with further storage to the rear. We then move into the kitchen that offers a great amount of worktop space, built in double oven and a freestanding dishwasher. From here we enter the hallway from which we can access the three bedrooms, the large primary to the front offers built in wardrobes and access remains to the original porch which could be perfectly converted into an ensuite shower room.
There are two further, large double bedrooms. One is currently used as a formal dining room and enjoys direct views to the rear. All bedrooms are served by a recently modernised family bathroom, across the hall.
The sitting room has a dual aspect and having been extended, there is plenty of space to create a lounge/diner. It is perfectly positioned to the rear of the property and bifold doors span the far end opening directly onto a raised patio area, allowing those incredible views to take centre stage!
The property benefits from fairly new double-glazed windows and a new oil fuelled boiler with radiators throughout. The property has also been rewired in most parts. The big advantage of this home is the recently installed solar panels which makes this a very efficient property indeed with an exceptional EPC rating of A.
